These Terms govern your use of Tongue Weight: Trailer Hitch ("the App") published by Bulpara Inc ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to them.
1. What the App is
An informational tool that estimates a trailer's tongue weight from the tow vehicle's tilt, using the user as a calibration weight; compares it with the trailer's weight and the ratings the user enters; and keeps a history of results.
2. Results are estimates
Results depend on the vehicle's suspension, the ground, the phone's placement, the calibration weight entered, wind and movement, and may be wrong. The App reports a range, not a certified weight. It cannot measure vehicles with air-ride or self-levelling suspension. Do not rely on the App alone for towing decisions: confirm at a certified scale, especially near any limit, and follow the ratings of your vehicle, hitch receiver, ball mount, ball and trailer.
3. Towing safety
Towing and hitching expose you to serious risk. Chock the trailer's wheels, work on level, firm ground, keep clear of the coupler and jack, and follow the instructions of your vehicle, hitch and trailer manufacturers and your local laws. You are responsible for loading and towing safely and for any damage or injury.
4. Subscriptions
Tongue Weight Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, sold and billed by Apple. It renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your Apple ID's subscription settings. A free trial, where offered, converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and not to reverse engineer, modify or redistribute it except as permitted by law.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bulpara Inc is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from its use, including any accident, trailer sway, vehicle or property damage, or injury.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
